Why IEA?
The IEA is the most economical way to show at a competitive level in a nationally recognized and respected program
The IEA can help your child get noticed for potential College Scholarships
Since horses and tack are provided, it is judged on how well the competitors ride, rather than the horse they’re riding, giving everyone a fair shot at success
The IEA focuses on building strong, efficient riders, and the lessons learned through IEA go much further than just the IEA arenas
Skills will transfer to showing own horses as well
Showing unknown horses will help teach problem solving skills, poise, and confidence
IEA is team-based. While riders can show individually, there are also point riders who represent the team. Good sportsmanship and working together is enforced
The IEA is FUN! Group lessons are highly encouraged in the IEA for many reasons. Riding with friends is more fun than riding alone, riding in groups can help riders learn from others’ strengths and weaknesses, and group lessons will make the IEA even more affordable to parents!
